  • Outside EU: 7–10 business days

Shipping costs:

  • EU: €5

  • Outside EU: €13

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because nasal strips are a hygienic product, returns are accepted only if:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original sealed packaging

  • Returned within 14 days

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
