I’m Lika Surmava, founder and CEO of AccesBreath, and for as long as I can remember, I struggled to breathe properly through my nose. Like many people, I tried to ignore it — until I realized how much it affected my energy, sleep, workouts, and everyday life. I searched for solutions and, one day, I tried a nasal strip. The difference was immediate. For the first time, breathing felt effortless.That moment sparked an idea — but also a realization.While the solution worked, the product itself felt clinical, uncomfortable, and far from something I would want to wear confidently.
