Accesbreath – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Accesbreath. We want you to feel confident in your purchase while protecting hygiene and safety standards.
Please read our policy carefully.

1. Returns

Because our nasal strips are a hygienic skin-contact product, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened,

  • Unused,

  • In its original sealed packaging,

  • And returned within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Accesbreath covers return shipping for faulty items.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a faulty item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

7. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions.
